Our solution for Secure ML inference enclave is a governed delivery pattern already running at comparable scale. The reference architecture is signed, versioned and held in the corporate dossier, so every component described here can be inspected rather than taken on trust.

Each outcome in the specification is answered by a named component, a named owner and a piece of evidence. Where a requirement touches DEFCON 658, the control is stated with the clause it satisfies and the assurance artefact that proves it.
